We moved in July (packed on 15th, loaded on 16th). We closed an left on the 17th Your son and the rest of the crew that packed and loaded our things did a really good job. Besides that they were quite personable. We understand why the shipment was delayed. We got good support from Miranda and Dan on status. Dan's plan to drive it out himself was thoughtful. Glad he didn't need to do it. The driver that did bring our things was a good old Navy guy. We had fun talking about the ships we served on. The unloaders were ok too. Not as good as the loaders, but they were fine. Our experience with United Van Lines / Blackhawk was a good one and we will certainly recommend the company to anyone who is moving. I am glad we called you and that you helped us decide to have United pack us up. Our moving experience was great, and it was so much better than some we heard about.
