Vern was our driver and was very considerate. The staff he had was large enough for our move, not sure all of them took extra time to carefully pack, with multiple broken items. We found items in boxes we would not expect to be there, took alot of extra time to find things. Need to review this with packers. We had a rough move with delay after delay on our end. Vern insisted in staying with our load and I appreciate that and followed it thru to the end. Great Guy. I would recommend that they give owners enough time to write down valuable items. I didnt have enough time to think about this being pulled in 3 different directions was overwhelming. This should have been done a week earlier.

We're sorry, though, to hear that your move resulted in some broken items and confusion regarding where your belongings had been packed. It can be frustrating to be at the end of the moving experience and not know where your most important belonging are. We at Blackhawk try our best to make sure that our customer's possession are packed and clearly labelled to help avoid this very situation.
