Brain met me to list furniture and price out the load. He was very reassuring and kind. I really liked all his call backs and answered all my questions. Debra Copeland was very receptive to my concerns and called to check on delivery. My kids accepted the delivery and really liked the calls to alert of delivery as they were running late.
