Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Leader to lead the company’s
sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and
marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of
leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and enhance the
company's market position.

Key Responsibilities: 

Leading the sales team and creating and managing a variety of marketing campaigns.


Sales Leadership:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
● Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize performance.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
● Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Leadership:
● Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
● Utilize market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends.
● Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and other online initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Foster collaboration between sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
● Work closely with leadership to provide market insights and contribute to client acquisition strategies.
● Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective marketing and sales operations.

Performance Measurement:
● Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
● Regularly assess and report on the performance of sales and marketing programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● Proven experience in sales leadership and strategic marketing roles.
● Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
● Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
