Blackhawk provides trained, uniformed labor and van operators and ensures that all services are performed using industry recognized techniques, materials and equipment.
Blackhawk provides the customer with a written, on-site estimate/order for service that is accurate, as measured by the customer. This includes all services required to establish the total weight and cost of the move. We arrive at the time agreed upon with the customer for packing, loading and delivery and immediately communicate to the customer any changes that may occur regarding the established times. Origin and destination work is always performed in a professional manner as far as arranging agreed upon services and resolving issues that may arise between the customer and other agents that may be involved in the move. We treat other agents as customers, too. At Blackhawk Moving and Storage we expect to achieve or exceed the highest performance ratings in the proper handling of your possessions.
MEASUREMENT
Written customer surveys determine how well Blackhawk Moving and Storage measures up to our standards of performance. Each year, more than 75,000 customers are asked to grade us on how effectively we served them. The surveys are so comprehensive that they trace service problems as well as exceptional performance by individual employees. The Blackhawk agent standards, which address every step in the move process, are based on years of research, input from staff members, van operators and, of course, the important information from our customers surveyed.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Blackhawk Moving and Storage offers one of the most extensive arrays of professional training and development programs in the household goods moving industry. To receive the "Quality Labor Certification", movers must demonstrate mastery of 160 skills and competencies associated with the move process. Authorized "coaches" who teach proven, standardized techniques for packing and loading, ensure that skills are maintained and enhanced on an on-going basis.
